The 1-to-1 Package
1-to-1 sessions are delivered in a private studio in one of these 5 different locations in London: Shoreditch, Tower Bridge, Vauxhall, Spitafields and Bank.

The Package includes 24 sessions of 1 hour each. They are divided into 3 different programmes (3x8 sessions) tailored to your goals, needs and limitations. Each programme evolving along the 8 sessions.
You will train 2 times/week minimum to guarantee that your body get enough stimulation in order to create adaptation and improve.

Every week you will train all the fundamental movement patterns and develop force, strength and explosiveness. They are essentials qualities that will keep you strong, healthy and able to move pain free every day.

The Package includes Nutrition Therapy, providing guidance and support on healthy and smart eating habits.
It also includes monthly Body Measurements, providing weight management support to improve your body composition.
